USPS Form 1583 is required to verify your identity and authorize a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) to receive mail on your behalf. It helps prevent mail fraud, identity theft, and misuse of mailbox services.

If you signed up for a service that includes a Unique Mailbox Number, you are required to complete USPS Form 1583.

You will receive a notification in your client portal with instructions to complete and submit the form, along with two acceptable forms of identification. Our CMRA Manager will review and verify your identity and documentation.

Once your verification is approved, your mailbox will be activated and you will have full access to your mail services.

Florida requires an Annual Report to keep your LLC or corporation active and in good standing with the state and to confirm or update key business information. Failure to file on time can result in late fees or administrative dissolution.

Yes. You can act as your own Florida Registered Agent if you are a Florida resident with a physical Florida street address and are available to receive legal documents during normal business hours. However, your registered agent address becomes part of the public record, which may reduce your privacy.
